Dream Big, and Let Us Make It Happen
Stakeholder Engagement is a five-day practical course on building and maintaining productive relationships that affect your work. Work now involves more cross-functional and external dependencies. Poor engagement delays delivery, drives up cost, and damages reputation. This course focuses on tools and routines you can apply immediately: stakeholder mapping, targeted communication, negotiation, and simple measurement.
1. Map and prioritize stakeholders using influence, interest, and risk criteria.
2. Design a concise stakeholder engagement plan with clear objectives, channels, messages, and owners.
3. Prepare and run meetings and communications that secure commitment and reduce resistance.
4. Manage conflict and negotiate trade-offs to keep projects and initiatives on track.
5. Measure and report engagement effectiveness with simple metrics and feedback loops.
